Abstract

This text presents a general review and reflection on social behavior from the perspective of others as influence and even social context. That is,
how certain social phenomena are born and develop in the social, intra or intergroup interrelation, in addition to the spatio-temporal, political,
material, cultural and subjective coordinates. It is an initial, panoramic and interdisciplinary approach, which shows the importance of the other
and others in the configuration of beliefs, emotions and, above all, actions. Specifically, the phenomenon of obedience and social conformity is
addressed, as part of group thinking and collective behaviors, which affects the social and political environment, involving ideas and feelings, executing social pressure in the daily life of subjects and groups and directing their practices, not always perceived and less reflected. All this is done through works, authors who have addressed the topic in a broad and profound way, weave together perspectives and experiments, general ideas and real facts, in order to argue the importance of the topic in the history of humanity, and of course, currently. As a result, it is concluded that the social environment and specifically people and social groups configure an interrelational context that actively and directly influences the thoughts and behaviors of each person, agreeing on social imaginaries, however, there are always possibilities of folds or cracks with different imaginaries.
